Q. How do I create a meeting?

A. Creating a new event is easy. Click on the 'Setup new meeting' button at the top of the page and start filling in your meeting information.

Q. Why am I being asked to provide more than one meeting Time and Date?

A. Caloosh allows you to specify several dates that you are able to hold the meeting on. These dates are offered to the people you invite and they mark which ones are suitable for them. From this information Caloosh will help you decide which is the best date and time to hold the meeting.

Q. How do I know which invitees have responded?

A. Once logged into Caloosh visit the 'My Caloosh' page. Click on the status of your meeting and your invitees and their responses will be listed.

Q. How do I confirm the date and what happens then?

A. Once logged into Caloosh visit the 'My Caloosh' page. Click on the status of your meeting and below the list of invites you can select which date and time you want to select. The invitees that have matched your selected date and time receive confirmation. The ones that have not selected the date and time are notified of the confirmed date and time. They are then sent an email asking them if they would like to attend or not.

Q. How do I create a calendar for my website?

A. After logging in go to My Caloosh. Next either click on My Meetings or My Events. From here, select the link titled 'View calendar' - On this screen you will be presented with a series of options (such as monthly or yearly view, whether you want to show meetings or events, and whether or not you want to show event details next to the calendar.

Once you're happy with your options click update. Copy and paste the HTML code above the options in to your website.

Q. How do I modify or delete a previously used venue?

A. To edit a venue, go to either My Meetings or My Events and scroll to the bottom. You will be presented with a list of previously used venues. Please note, we do not recommend deleting venues that are currently in use by current events or meetings.
