Q. How do I create a meeting?

A. Creating a new event is easy. Click on the 'Setup new meeting' button at the top of the page and start filling in your meeting information.

Q. Why am I being asked to provide more than one meeting Time and Date?

A. Caloosh allows you to specify several dates that you are able to hold the meeting on. These dates are offered to the people you invite and they mark which ones are suitable for them. From this information Caloosh will help you decide which is the best date and time to hold the meeting.

Q. How do I know which invitees have responded?

A. Once logged into Caloosh visit the 'My Caloosh' page. Click on the status of your meeting and your invitees and their responses will be listed.

Q. How do I confirm the date and what happens then?

A. Once logged into Caloosh visit the 'My Caloosh' page. Click on the status of your meeting and below the list of invites you can select which date and time you want to select. The invitees that have matched your selected date and time receive confirmation. The ones that have not selected the date and time are notified of the confirmed date and time. They are then sent an email asking them if they would like to attend or not.

Q. I have made my meeting chargeable, how do people pay?

A. Within the confirmation email there is a link to further information. On this page a PayPal button will be displayed and the invitee follows the process and pays for the specified amount. Their status will be updated to 'Paid' and they will be sent an email confirming the purchase. All money is held in escrow by Caloosh and then sent to meeting creators.
